Allow me to introduce you to Captain Lachlan Michaels, the main character of Thirty Days has November… and the genius/smart ass leader of Zeus.
Character-driven military thriller: Captain Lachlan Michaels
If you’ve been here a little while you know that CRONUS: Team Zeus is heavily character-driven. When everything gets dark—really dark—it’s the team’s camaraderie that keeps them going.
So, who is Lachlan Michaels? Lachlan is the guy next door kind of hot: tall, blond and deadly. He loves stirring the pot. Life is never dull when he’s around, he’s a genuine good guy. At 27 years old, he’s married to Isabella, and an attentive father to his kids. Big families run deep in Lachlan’s life: he’s one of eight siblings himself.

After his family, Lachlan is absolutely dedicated to his team. He leads with righteousness and humor, with his faithful dog Mannix by his side. Did you know you can get a Mannix plushie in my online shop?
When trouble finds the team—and it often does—Lachlan will always find a way to win. Through thick and thin, he’s the one you want in your corner. And he’ll be happy to bet on it, too. One of his favorite things is making ridiculous bets—and winning.
As the series unfolds, there’s a lot about Lachlan to be revealed. He’s got a secret—if it comes out, he could lose the biggest bet of his life.

Sometimes you’ve got to go old school
As I’ve been working on the second book in the CRONUS: Team Zeus series, some of the books in my collection are getting a real workout. This one is an oldie but a goodie. Sometimes old-fashioned research is the best kind.
CRONUS: Team Zeus focuses on a clandestine group of Navy Seals who operate under the radar on special ops missions, focused mainly on US interests. In 30 Days has November… the team is all on leave, when family members start getting kidnapped. In book two, we’re going to see them sent on a mission… which goes horribly wrong.
Getting the detail right is critical. I’ve got a bunch of books in my collection that I draw on for this. No problems with authentic information and real photos in these!
If you have already read Thirty Days has November… I would really appreciate you leaving a review on Goodreads, Amazon, or your favorite bookish platform. It makes a huge difference to visibility and helps other readers find authors they haven’t yet discovered.
And if you haven’t read it, what are you waiting for? Get your copy now and dive into the world of Team Zeus.
